How it works

Turn real business activity into owner‑approved marketing.

The idea is simple. You know what happened today; Caffter is being built to help you say it well, and you decide what gets shared. Whether you’ve finished a painting, a haircut or a repair, the steps are the same.

The Caffter journey, from KNOW to LEARN

  1. KNOW

    Learn about your business

  2. ADVISE

    Suggest what to share

  3. CAPTURE

    Add a photo and notes

  4. CREATE

    Write a first draft

  5. APPROVE — the approval gate

    You review and approve

  6. PUBLISH

    Only after your approval

  7. LEARN

    See what works next

Three simple stages, with worked examples

  1. You share

    Capture what happened

Start with what happened: what you worked on, what’s new, or what you’d like people to know. A photo and a short note give the draft something real to work from.

  2. Caffter drafts

    Caffter prepares the content

Caffter is designed to turn your note into a first draft that sounds like you, based on what you’ve told it about your business. If it isn’t quite right, you can change it.

  3. You decide

    You review and approve

Read it through, check names and details, and change anything that doesn’t sound like you. Nothing is published without your approval.

Then we publish and learn

Once you approve a post, Caffter is designed to publish it to the channels you’ve connected and show you how it was received, so the next one is easier to plan. Connections will be added one provider at a time.

Real activity.
In your words.
