These screens show the experience we’re working towards, from adding a photo and a few words to checking a finished draft. They’re examples of the design, not an app you can use yet.

This example follows someone picking their favourite photos from a weekend walk to share with friends. Whether it’s a business update or something personal, the idea is the same: you check the draft, and it waits for your approval.

Four stages, with you in control

  1. Business Activity input

Say what happened in a few plain words — a finished piece of work, something new, or a moment worth sharing. Add a photo if you have one.

  2. Draft creation

Caffter is designed to suggest a few drafts from your note, in a natural voice. You pick the one closest to what you’d say.

    3 draftsbased on your note
  3. Review and approval

Check the facts, adjust the tone and take out anything you’d rather not share, then approve what to publish. You’re always in control.

  4. Publish after approval

Only an approved draft goes out, and only to channels you’ve connected, as each planned connection becomes available.

There is no app to download yet. When Caffter is ready, this website will show you how to get it.
